Paul Leon isn't just a Mayor; he is a neighbor, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a dedicated Senior Pastor at Hope Chapel. Since his appointment to the City Council in 1998 and his election as Mayor in 2005, Paul's philosophy has remained unchanged: leadership means serving others.
He has spent thousands of hours volunteering for local youth and education programs because he believes that Ontario's greatest asset isn't its booming infrastructure - it's the people who call it home.
